We offer flexible, self-paced certificate programs that work around your life—whether you’re starting fresh or growing in your current job. Each course is created by industry experts and includes support from caring student advisors who are with you every step of the way. You’ll build real skills for high-demand jobs in fields like healthcare, business, IT, legal studies, and more.
When you finish and pass your course, you’ll receive a certificate from Our Lady of Mercy Community Outreach and if your program includes it, a free voucher to take the certification exam.

You choose how you want to learn:
- Join an instructor-led course that starts each month and walk through the lessons with a supportive group over six weeks—on your own time, with no set login schedule.
- Or, if you prefer to work at your own pace, our self-paced option gives you full access to the course up front, with up to three months to complete it.
Explore practical skills in business, accounting, computers, programming, writing, and more. When you finish your course successfully, you’ll receive a certificate to show your achievement.
